This policy explains what information Success Cards LLC ("we," "us") collects through success.cards, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact form: your name, email address, and message.
- Weekly card signup: your email address.
- Earlier signups: if you joined our newsletter on a previous version of this site, or shared your email in a Success Cards survey to hear about discounts, products, or content, we may still have that address.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, our service providers may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring website, and approximate location. Some of this is collected through cookies or similar technologies, as described below.

Cookies and analytics
Success Cards does not set its own advertising cookies. We use these third-party services, which may set cookies or collect information:
- Google Analytics helps us measure site traffic and how visitors use the site. You can install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
- Google reCAPTCHA on our contact form helps block spam. It collects information about your device and activity, and its use is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- YouTube videos are embedded on some pages using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode. YouTube may collect information when you play a video.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features, such as the contact form's spam check, may not work if you do.
We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, because there is no common standard for them.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed with:
- Service providers that help us run the site and communicate with you, such as Netlify for hosting and form storage, Google for analytics, spam protection, and email, Namecheap for domain and email forwarding, and Brevo for managing our email list and sending our emails.
- Legal or safety recipients when required by law or needed to protect rights and safety.
- A successor business if Success Cards is sold, merged, or reorganized.
Buying Success Cards
We do not process purchases on this site. Links to Amazon, Etsy, and social media take you to third-party websites with their own privacy policies, which apply to anything you do there.
How long we keep information
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or to meet legal obligations. We keep newsletter addresses until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us.
You can also ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under local privacy laws, including the right to appeal a decision or complain to a regulator. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Children's privacy
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information, including HTTPS encryption on this site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International visitors
Success Cards is based in the United States. If you use the site from another country, your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.
